Artist, educator and curator Jackie Mild Lau will be speaking at the Hawai'i State Art Museum this Tuesday, December 30 at noon as part of their terrific lunchtime lecture series. Lau will be discussing her work as an artist, including her pig and wolf theme as seen in her work exhibited at HiSAM's current show of recent acquisitions.
The lunchtime lecture series is an ongoing program of public art talks on the last Tuesday of the month, sponsored by the Hawai'i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts. More information about this lecture as well as other HSFCA programming can be found in their monthly Enews.
